Joe graduated with a LL.B (Hons) from the University of London in 2011 and he obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice in the following year.

He read in the chambers of Messrs Iza Ng Yeoh & Kit, thereafter he joined Messrs Ghazi & Lim as a legal associate where he was principally in charge of conveyancing and commercial matters. Joe has vast experience in a wide variety of general conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transactions (Sub-sales & development projects), leasing and tenancies of residential, commercial and retail properties. He is also well-versed in the preparation of loan and security documentations for all banks in Malaysia.
Besides having vast experience in corporate finance, he has regularly acted in sales and purchase transactions on behalf of individuals and corporations for residential and commercial properties.

Joe regularly advises developers, corporations, investors and leasing companies in acquisition, sale and leasing of residential, industrial, commercial lands and buildings.

Joe has handled large scale development projects including S1 Residences @ Seminyir and Jade Palace @ Danga Bay, Johor Bahru.

In the addition to conveyancing works, he also handles probate and administration of estate matters which include the drafting of wills, applications for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration.

Joe is also a registered trademark agent.
