Calvin graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from University of London in 2011 and completed his Certification in Legal Practice in 2012. He read in the chambers of Messrs Cheang & Ariff, and thereafter he joined Messrs Ghazi & Lim as a legal associate where he handled conveyancing, commercial and corporate matters.

Calvin has experience in a wide variety of general conveyancing matters including sale and purchase for purchases of real properties, auctions, housing development projects, leasing and tenancies of residential, commercial and retail properties.

In addition to the above, he also handles commercial and corporate matters such as preparing Share Sale Agreements and has acted for clients in various shares acquisition transactions involving private limited as well as public listed companies.

As part of his corporate portfolio, Calvin is also in charge of general corporate advisory works.

Calvin is currently advising the board of management of a sizable shopping mall in the state of Penang.
